Sri Aman 33rd Anniversary Dinner

at last is over!!! glad...there are some people who congrats me for the dinner...there is some ppl said the dinner was good...i hope there are saying the truth, i hope they said it jus for the sake of saying(hope u get wat i mean)

but overall...wasnt very satisfied...there is more improvement can be done. i would say after doing this dinner, i m quite confident that the coming dinner which i plan to do for the 35th anniversary can be done at a greater scale in a greater place...

reach there at 1pm to do the preparations...was trying the push to talk
cos with a event like that, lack of manpower, so best way to get things done is to have a walkie talkie, but v dun have n dun plan to borrow from Area, so tot of using push to talk, last time tried using once b4..so took some time to figure out how to use it...is quite fun n interesting..it wil only work for nokia phone.but if ur background is noisy then cant hear the conversation clearly.n furthermore, is very cheap. only rm1 for 1 day.

members are quite young, dun have much experience of running big events or even a dinner. i dun have any male members in the division. so is bit tough. especially for the PA system. but at last, the gurl who incharge also get to pull it through. all those committee i really have to thanks them alot. they are like multi tasking. before the event start, they are either the usher or registration. then once the event start, then they wil be pa system, game n etc. supergurl!! those who willling to do that are really the good committees. without them, i dun think the event will be so successful. n they are good at getting sponsorship too..BRAVO gurls!!!

then it was heavy rain around 5 something. n my mess kit was in the car. n the route to the car is quite far n is not under the shade. n i dun have an umbrella. i m going to get wet. n my uniform too. then lucky got 1 plastic to cover my head at least. after took my uniform, my shorts is soak wet. sigh... then went to shower n change into my mess kit which quite some time didnt wear it. since last year area dinner.and this year there r some new accessories to put on.my hair was quite short, it took me quite some time to put it up nicely. (is also after a few times of practice at home before that)..

once i get back in to the function room, i get really excited. my mess kit outer coat is thick,i m sweating inside. not sure cos of the outer coat or cos i m jus too excited. ppl already coming in. n the whole day only run one round of rehearsal with the MC and the PA. i m so so so worried. AAaHHHH!!!!!

then when the VIP start arriving, then i get even more worried. i need to be sitted at the VIP table. n i m not suppose to run around. wat am i goin to do if anything happen.

at last every1 who suppose to sit on the vip table had arrived. then the event can officially start. sing st john song, then presentation.presentation ok la. but slightly too long. n got some of my photo there n i heard some chuckles when my photo is showed.. pai seh la..

then is my speech, i m so excited. i basically read from the paper i prepared. some of the words, i didnt even pronounce it properly. is worst than all the presentations i ever done. normally presentations i dun even need a paper. conclusion, my speech jus a piece of shit.

then r the VIP speech. they said bout some of the history la. then is eating time. hhmm, i dun really like the food btw. but wat to do, is cheap. actually is not that cheap, almost rm30 per person. then got several performances. n i can see that the audience were quite amused with some of the performances. glad to see that.

n there r games too. n those younger audience r enjoying the game alot.

then lucky draw time. the grand prize was a 6 megapixel camera. so every 1 were actually quite excited bout it. then the winner is ................................................................................................................................

haha...at the end, the camera belong to us. then all programme finish off quite early, so decided to open the dance floor. n saw some very good dancers. hehe..

glad that at last is over. so happy. but after 2 days, found out some problem with 1 of the sponsorship. but regarding that matter, i jus hope the committee who approach me give me, as the officer, more RESPECT!!! PLS!!!
